KFC YOUTH FOUNDATION
We are excited that we’ve received grant funding from the KFC Youth Foundation, with the aim of empowering young people to fulfil their potential in The Edge youth club in Epsom. Thanks to the KFC Youth Foundation for recognising our work in helping build a positive future for young people in KFC restaurant communities across the UK.
ACTIVE SURREY & THE FRIDAY NIGHT PROJECT
Surrey Clubs for Young People are proud to work in partnership with Active Surrey to deliver their Friday Night Project at Our centre "The Edge" in West Ewell.
GARFIELD WESTON FOUNDATION
The Garfield Weston Foundation gave us significant support over a two year period as part of the core funding of our programme to take on the management of a number of youth centres in Surrey and restart open access youth work. There is always more to do but we are really pleased with the progress that this funding has allowed us to make.
AWARDS FOR ALL
The National Lottery Awards for All programmes have been regular supporters of Surrey Clubs for Young People for several years now. The most recent grant was used to support the Arts and Crafts programmes in our youth clubs, which is a major part of the work we do with our young people.
HIGH SHERIFF YOUTH AWARDS
The High Sheriff Youth Awards have also been regular supporters of Surrey Clubs for Young People for a number of years. The most recent grant was about supporting vulnerable young people in Staines through a series of programmes at our centre in Leacroft.
YOUR COUNCILLOR COMMUNITY FUND
Surrey Clubs for Young People recently provided a daytime holiday provision during Easter 2024 from our centre "The Edge" in West Ewell.
This project was supported by County Councillor Jan Mason’s Your Councillor Community Fund in which SCYP were able to use the funds to provide staff and specialist coaches for the young people on the Watersedge estate.
