Mr. Bill Biddell steps down as Chairman of Surrey Clubs for Young People after 12 years. We would like to thank Bill for all his hard work and committment to Surrey Clubs for Young People over the last 12 years. Bill has steered the organisation through some challenging times and has ensured that Surrey Clubs for Young People has the wide support and encouragement it recieves today. Both Bill and his wife, Bridget have been very active in suporting the events run for young people with Bridget having completed the 100 Mile Canoe Challenge with the previous Director Mr David Jones.
Bill has been a great support to all the staff of Surrey Clubs for Young People, particularly during the transition from David Jones to the new Director, John Trend. Bill has been a great asset to SCYP and will continue to support the new Chair of the charity, Emma Potter as she takes up the mantle.
